Ew

I hate all reptiles.

.
.
.

And it took me longer to find the Weblog Entry page than to actually update.

Maybe that is why I stopped using Xanga!

Relocating.

Yes, I am.  Packing some stuff up right now because I'll be moving to Maryland tomorrow.  Yes, Maryland.  A town called Hyattsville, right outside of Washington D.C.  I already know it's not the best area, but it's kind of close to work (new job, thanks to Amos) and it's all I can really afford (debt, thanks to MBNA, which is now Bank of America).  Kidding about the last part.

Same phone number and email, for those of you who have that info already.  Basically, same me, new state.  Maybe I'll update more often once I get internet and used to things at my job.  I'll see you on the flip side.

J JIREH

That was Jason Yi's license plate for his Element back @ psu.  Or some variation of it at least.  It just popped into my head recently for no real reason.  Maybe I was thinking back to college or maybe cause something else has been on my mind.  Oh well, God gives and takes away.  I don't believe the Element made it past 3 years or something.  Moving on...

Without further ado.  After months of intense deliberation and great consideration, I have decided that I will declare myself eligible for the 2008 NBA Draft.  It was a tough decision, but in the end, I had to think about my future and the well being of my family.

Oops.  Sorry.

The real decision was that I have resigned from my job.  As of the end of the month, I will be unemployed (again).  Long story short (and a lot of whining you don't have to read), it's just not what I wanted to do.  Not for the interim, not for the long term.  Things probably could have turned out better if I were in a different situation, but in the end, I was just a bit too unhappy for my liking.

Where will things go from here?  Only One really knows, and its not me.

I'm so sick of Boston sports.

I used to really like this guy's column for espn but all he talks about is boston sports in a national column and it irks me for some reason.  I'm a hater.

This coworker said something that had a lasting effect on me.  Ok, it made me chuckle and I remembered it up until lunch that day and forgot about it til now.

He's actually a manager of sorts and he says hello and asks me how I'm doing.  I replied with, "I'm hanging in there, yourself? (I always say the same thing no matter what mood I'm in).  I expected him to say that he was doing well/good/great.  He actually thinks about his response for a second.  He hesitates and then says, "Well, if I were to complain, would anyone listen?"

At work, the pantry is next to the men's room.  And across from the women's bathroom.  It's not right next to it I guess, but its in the same little thru-way.
Anyway, you know whats a nasty smell?  The smell of fart and microwave popcorn mixed into one.  Its a horrible combo.
Still doesn't top an outhouse in the Dominican Republic during the summer months, but I don't think anything ever will.

NFL commish really wimped out against the Pats.  He should have easily been supspended at least two games.  But I guess you won't do that when you have the Pats vs Chargers coming up this weekend.  I can hear all of the callers on WIP making it a racial issue now.  Yes, I listen to sports talk radio!

Nothing much going on.  I will avoid ranting about work on xanga.  After all, it could be worse-- I could be a bathroom attendant in a popcorn factory.
